Last week you turned five years old. It is hard to believe that the little bundle I brought home from the hospital has grown up so quickly. You are such a beautiful and sweet little girl. Daddy and I are so proud of you. I watch you at school and at church. You have a big heart, and you always show patience with the people who are the hardest to love. I learn so much about patience and acceptance from watching you with your special friends. I love riding to school with you each morning. Each morning when we reach the stop sign on Kennerly Road my heart skips a beat because I know in just a few more minutes I will have to say goodbye to you for the day when I drop you off at school. I am looking forward to next year when you will be able to come to school with me. You are going to love kindergarten, and I will be happy to know you are in the building with me. Knowing how quickly the past 5 years have gone by makes me realize how short the time is that parents actually have their kids with them. I just wanted you to know how much you are loved. Daddy and I are so thankful that you are part of our family. You are my sunshine!
