This weekend we were dipped into the waters of the dance recital world. Madeleine had her 1st dance recital at the Koger Center. She took tap/ballet lessons this past year. Let's just say she was very "comfortable" on stage. She really let loose up there, and we all got a kick out of seeing her have fun. Micah gave her some flowers after the recital, and she got gifts from both sets of grandparents. We had a lovely lunch at California Dreamin' and headed home. I don't think she wants to take dance next year because she has been wanting to try out gymnastics, but it sure was fun to doll her up for this big performance.
