Fall is definitely my favorite season because of the cooler weather and varied opportunities for outdoor fun. We have really enjoyed getting out and having some family fun during this past month. It is so nice to be able to build memories together. Last weekend Justin's side of the family came in to town for a dual birthday celebration and SC State Fair trip. We really had a great time and enjoyed having everyone here to celebrate.

This weekend we went with Mimi and Granddaddy to the Sky Top Orchard to pick apples. It was a perfect day for apple pickin' and the scenery was gorgeous. We walked a LONG way to get to the Pink Lady apples in the corner of the orchard, but it was worth the walk. I am going to try my hand at making some apple yummies this week. The best part was being able to spend some special family time with people I love!
