Halloween gives people a chance to become something they are not for just a moment, and no one thinks any less of you for indulging your desires to be a superhero, villain, monster, moviestar or dinosaur. This year Madeleine's costume array included a poodle skirt outfit for 50s Day at school, and a Super Girl outfit for Boo at the Zoo. Micah opted for a dinosaur costume this year that came complete with sound effects. His favorite part of the evening seemed to be growling at Grandma Jones. I don't think she minded at all.
